Our company

ENGINEERING – PRODUCTION – SERVICE

KLAUS Kunststofftechnik GmbH is a medium-sized company certified according DIN ISO 9001; the company employs more than 100 staff members. Since more than 60 years, we have been dealing with problem solutions and with the technological implementation in the field of plastics.

Our owner, Mr. Walter Klaus, represents the second generation and guarantees personality that all business relationships are characterized by continuity and integrity.

Our customers and staff members

For us, social responsibility towards our staff members, careful handling of all resources and active participation in regional and national design processes are just a matter of fact.

For many years, our customer-oriented working hours and the direct participation of the staff members in the success of the company have been the key to satisfied customers and a highly motivated staff.

Our regular customers and the successful projects we realised with them bear witness to our international nature. Our success is based on the global consideration of all problems related to plastic technology in the focus of the economic framework conditions.
This statement is backed by the fact that some of our products and services regularly win awards in trade competitions.

Our business activities

We serve our customers on an international basis and have a production facility in Hungary. Being a system supplier we offer our customers a full service ranging from advising to the finished product. In this process, the focus is on the production technologies of thermoforming and injection moulding of thermoplastic plastic material.

We work for all industries, including automotive industry and aviation, and have an encompassing know-how with regard to the corresponding qualifications.

Additionally, we offer a wide variety of services such as manufacturing of components and systems, tool making, all joining technologies, machining processing, varnishing, laminating, imprinting and foam-backing of plastic components.
